Dave has worked in public transport for over 20 years and is currently the Public Transport Team Leader at Oxfordshire County Council, leading a team responsible for the Enhanced Partnership, Bus Service Improvement Plan, subsidised bus services, community transport, concessionary fares, infrastructure and information.
Before joining Oxfordshire in 2020, Dave worked in consultancy advising both private and public sector clients on bus service and network issues. In addition to that role, he co-founded (and ran) a social enterprise bus company and was a director of Lincolnshire County Council’s in-house transport operator. He has chaired the ATCO South East regional bus group since 2022.
