Matthew is the Enhanced Partnership Manager for Lancashire Combined County Authority, having previously held the role at Lancashire County Council. Alongside overseeing the Enhanced Partnership, Matthew is involved in supporting colleagues with Concessionary Fares; managing the Local Authority Bus Grant; marketing and publicity; and the supported bus network. Matthew spent twelve years with public transport consultancy The TAS Partnership Ltd covering a wide range of work from supporting community transport organisations, through bus network redesigns and administering multi-operator ticketing to overseeing the expansion of the National Fares Survey.
